I’m an integrative therapist who draws from a wide range of approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ACT, CBT, and Cultural-Relational Therapy. My work is person-centered, collaborative, and culturally responsive — rooted in care, curiosity, and a commitment to social and racial justice. I support individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, and burnout. I use a tailored, integrative approach drawing from Somatic Experiencing, NARM and IFS. I’m especially passionate about working with couples healing from infidelity or trust ruptures, cultural, ethnic and religious divides and bettering their relationships in general. I also work deeply with trauma using NARM, EMDR, and IFS-informed practices.
